Job summary

Hologic, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Application Specialist to train clinicians on Sonata across the North of England, from Lancashire to Yorkshire and the North East.

You will work closely with gynaecologists, consultants, and theatre staff to deliver hands-on training and procedural support, driving adoption of the incisionless fibroid treatment. You will install demonstrations, run workshops and participate in events, while maintaining strong relationships with Sales teams and customers to

Qualifications

• Degree in Sonography, Nursing, Midwifery or related clinical discipline.
• Experience in gynaecology, women’s health or theatre environments is beneficial.
• Experience providing clinical applications support or education in healthcare is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for diverse clinical teams.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with organisational skills.
• Able to build credibility with healthcare professionals.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Lancashire and the North East.

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical and applications expert for the Sonata portfolio in the North of England.
• Deliver high-quality product training and education to gynaecologists, nurses, and theatre teams.
• Support product installations, demonstrations, workshops, and events across the territory.
• Provide hands-on procedural support during live Sonata cases in theatre and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with Sales and other teams to enhance customer experience and growth.
• Identify opportunities to increase utilisation and strengthen customer relationships.
• Gather customer feedback and competitive insights to support innovation.
