Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in health & safety within manufacturing.
• Understanding of ISO 45001 standards in heavy production.
• Valid UK driving licence and right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Lead SHEQ compliance efforts and culture of improvement.
• Carry out risk assessments and develop action plans.
• Train site teams on their SHEQ responsibilities.
• Collaborate to update SHEQ policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies during audits.
