Job summary

Fresenius Kabi Limited is seeking a Clinical Nurse Advisor (Home IV Therapy) to join the Nursing department. This full-time field-based role covers Chester and surrounding areas, delivering high-quality IV therapy and patient care in the home setting.

You will work 35 hours per week over three long days (7:30am–8:30pm), traveling to patients and coordinating with NHS teams while supporting nutritional and parenteral therapies. This role requires a valid NMC registration and driving licence.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current and valid NMC registration.
• A minimum of 1 year post-registration clinical experience.
• Driving licence.
• Ability to work in a one-to-one patient environment with confidence and professionalism.
• Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the business.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage own workload.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the NHS to encourage patients' independence and quality of life at home.
• Providing care and support for patients needing parenteral nutrition and IV therapies.
• Monitoring and delivering nutritional support in patients' homes.
• Visiting patients daily and managing their parenteral feeding systems.
• Facilitating safe discharge of parenteral nutrition patients and providing ongoing community support.
