Job summary

A leading medical device company is seeking a Product Support Specialist to provide exceptional support for joint replacement procedures and Stryker products. This field-based role involves training healthcare professionals and maintaining high service levels within the clinical environment. Candidates should have a background in an operating theatre and at least 2 years of medical experience, alongside strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ theatre or medical experience required.
• Understanding of cost pressures surrounding theatres and surgical procedures.
• Computer skills – proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support existing and new customers in a clinical environment.
• Provide training for healthcare staff on Stryker products.
• Manage audits of Stryker stock and consignment inventory.
