Job summary

A property management company is seeking a dedicated individual to manage self-contained and shared accommodation properties in the South West of England. The role focuses on ensuring the safety and readiness of properties, engaging with residents with complex needs, and adhering to regulations. Candidates should have experience in the social housing sector, excellent communication skills, and a full driving licence. This position is crucial for facilitating smooth transitions for residents, embodying empathy and professionalism in their work.

Qualifications

• Experience in the social housing sector, ideally having worked with people at risk of homelessness.
• Experience of supporting individuals with complex trauma and issues.
• Direct knowledge of People on Probation (POP) and the challenges they face would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring properties are safe, secure and clean.
• Prepare accommodation for occupation according to company timescales.
• Proactively resolve property and maintenance related issues.
• Visit all properties weekly and ensure residents adhere to house rules.
• Manage Anti-Social Behaviour reports and engage in conflict resolution.

Full and current manual driving licence
