Job summary

Allied Autocare is recruiting a Mobile Service Technician to join our busy mobile team in Swindon. You will work with the call centre bookings team to deliver excellent service, travelling to customers’ homes or workplaces to service and repair vehicles.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with a basic salary of £35,106 per year and potential earnings up to £43,000 OTE including bonus. A service van and fuel card are provided.

Qualifications

• Possess a level 2 or level 3 qualification in light vehicle maintenance and repair or equivalent.
• Be able to diagnose faults using manufacturer and generic electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Carry out inspections to VOSA standards.
• Service, maintain and repair vehicles.
• Complete all paperwork in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Work as part of a team whilst also being able to work on your own and use your initiative.

Responsibilities

• Mobile role servicing customers' vehicles at their home or place of work.
• Travel to various locations within your area to carry out work.
• Work closely with the call centre bookings team to meet targets and deliver excellent service.
• Provide efficient service and maintain high customer service standards.
