Job summary

Zohorecruit's client in the Norwich area is looking for a Mobile Service Technician to service, maintain and repair adapted and specialist vehicles in the field. You will travel to customers' homes and workplaces, carrying out servicing, inspections and repairs with a fully equipped company van and fuel card.

The role offers a Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm schedule with no weekend work, a salary up to £38,000 plus bonus with OTE £45,000+ and a comprehensive benefits portal.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Experience servicing and repairing vehicles to a high standard.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain and repair adapted and special purpose vehicles.
• Diagnose faults using manufacturer and generic diagnostic equipment.
• Carry out vehicle inspections to VOSA standards.
• Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working independently in the field.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to the highest standards.
