Halmer Recruit is seeking an experienced Landscaping Contracts Manager to oversee a portfolio of landscaping and grounds maintenance contracts across Hampshire and surrounding areas. The role is field-based, with management of sites from Southampton towards Reading and regular travel between client sites.

You will report to the Head of Landscaping and be responsible for day-to-day operational and commercial performance, budgeting, client relationships and service delivery, with opportunities to

• Previous landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is essential.
• Minimum two years' operational or contract management experience.
• Experience managing landscaping or grounds maintenance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of landscaping and grounds maintenance contracts across Hampshire and surrounding areas.
• Oversee static sites and mobile landscaping teams.
• Manage daily schedules, operatives, subcontractors and resources.
• Ensure contracts are delivered to agreed standards, timescales and budgets.
• Monitor team performance and address performance or disciplinary matters when required.
• Maintain strong client relationships and attend regular meetings.
• Identify and price additional works within existing contracts.
• Prepare quotations for additional landscaping works.
• Support bids, tenders and contract reviews with the Head of Landscaping.
• Monitor contract expenditure, budgets and profitability.
• Assist with forecasting and monthly financial reporting.
