Finlay Jude Associates Limited is recruiting a Water Efficiency Technician to conduct home water efficiency checks for a leading utilities client in the Rochdale area. You will engage customers, perform surveys, and advise on water savings while measuring flow rates and inspecting for leaks.

The role requires a Level 2 plumbing qualification, at least one year of customer-facing experience, and a manual driving licence.

Competenze

Minimum of a Level 2 qualification in plumbing.
At least one year of customer-facing experience.
A manual driving licence.
Able to obtain and pass a clean DBS check.
National water hygiene card is preferable (training provided for those without).

Mansioni

Conduct Home Water Efficiency Checks at customers’ properties on behalf of our client.
Conduct water efficiency surveys by engaging customers with behavioural questions and provide advice on water usage along with recommendations for potential savings.
Measure water flow rates accurately.
Inspect for and repair minor leaks.
Install water-saving devices and products.
Use handheld digital tools to record water flow measurements and report findings accurately.
Liaise with internal departments, contractors, and suppliers to
Maintain and manage stock of water-saving equipment and ensure correct usage and documentation.
Always adhere to Health and Safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
