Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Trainee Heat Pump Engineer (Training Provided) to service and maintain domestic heat pump systems across the South West. You will work field-based with a company van, covering Somerset, Devon, Bristol and nearby areas, with travel time paid inside working hours and no weekends or call-outs.

You don't need prior heat pump experience: the role includes full manufacturer training, and you will progress as you gain qualifications (F-Gas / Electrical /

Qualifications

• Qualified plumber or electrician with college qualification.
• Willing to specialise in heat pumps and renewable technologies.
• Strong communication and organisation skills.
• Full UK driving licence and van access.

Responsibilities

• Servicing and maintaining domestic heat pump systems.
• Covering the South West from an M5 corridor base (Somerset, Devon, Bristol).
• AM/PM appointments with travel time paid inside working hours.
• Full manufacturer training provided alongside F-Gas / electrical / plumbing qualifications.
• No overtime, no weekends and no call-out with flexible family commitments.
