Qualifications

• Willingness to work outdoors and travel regularly.
• Experience supporting investigation or environmental assessment work.
• Experience supervising field personnel on active sites or in remote locations.
• Degree in environmental sciences or related field; non-degree with substantial work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of contractors and routine monitoring during site investigations.
• Regular field work including walkovers, soil logging, sampling, and contractor supervision.
• Office support including data analysis, manipulation and presentation, reporting.
• Produce environmental desk studies, site investigation and verification reports (office and site based).
• Assist in fee proposal preparation for future work.
• Training to develop skills to manage small to medium projects, including financial management.
