Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Health & Safety Trainer to join a leading national training organisation in London and surrounding areas. This mobile role involves delivering CITB SMSTS, SSSTS and Health and Safety Awareness courses to industry professionals, with a strong practical construction background.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering construction/health and safety training.
• Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) – Essential.
• NEBOSH Construction qualification or equivalent – Essential.
• 3–5 years' hands-on construction site experience.
• Background as Site Manager, Site Supervisor, Construction Manager or Foreman.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging construction health and safety training to industry professionals.
• Deliver or develop CITB SMSTS, SSSTS and Health and Safety Awareness courses.
• Use practical construction experience to bring real-world examples into training sessions.
• Support learners in developing their understanding of construction safety and legislation.
• Receive ongoing professional development to expand training expertise.
• Field-based position involving travel up to two hours with overnight stays when required.
