Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services is seeking multiple Commissioning Engineers for field-based roles covering the South East region. You will commission, maintain and troubleshoot ventilation and HVAC systems on customer sites across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.

Role requires a strong electrical background and a good understanding of health & safety on construction sites, plus independent field experience and solid reporting skills. Company vehicle and benefits included.

Qualifications

Must have a strong electrical background.
Preferably understand ventilation/HVAC systems.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Good understanding of health and safety on construction sites.
Experience working independently in a field-based engineering role.
Good communication and customer-facing skills.
Attention to detail in reports and documentation.

Responsibilities

Commission, maintain and troubleshoot ventilation and HVAC products.
Collaborate with end users, contractors and stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient operation.
Test ventilation and HVAC systems on customer sites.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and routine servicing.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
Conduct system performance checks to ensure efficiency.
Complete commissioning reports and service documentation accurately.
Travel to customer sites across the UK, with occasional overnight stays.
