Job summary

Link Group Limited, through its C~urb division, is seeking an Assistant Trade Supervisor to support the Trades Team in delivering medium and large-scale projects. The role includes supervising installation works, inspections, and ensuring compliance with standards, with travel across Link’s areas of operation.

You will manage a small team of trade operatives, coordinate with external contractors, and use IT systems for data recording and reporting.

Qualifications

• Has knowledge of the building maintenance industry and experience in inspecting domestic properties.
• Ability to prepare and interpret specifications and schedules of work; proficient with IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor installation works from pre-inspection through to final sign-off and ensure compliance with standards and customer expectations.
• Line-manage a small team of trade operatives and coordinate works with external contractors while travelling across Link’s areas of operation.
