Job summary

CPM UK is seeking an Auditor to conduct independent physical audits of CHEP equipment across a designated territory, including Dumfries, Castle Douglas and surrounding areas. This field-based role requires travel within the region and strong attention to detail.

You will verify asset holdings, document discrepancies and provide accurate reports to support asset management. The role suits autonomous individuals who enjoy building relationships with diverse customer sites in retail, distribution

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Experience of collecting, recording and reporting information accurately.
• Comfortable working in operational environments such as warehouses, distribution centres or manufacturing sites.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled physical audits of CHEP equipment at customer sites.
• Count and verify assets and document discrepancies between stock and records.
• Plan travel and site visits across the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across retail, distribution, manufacturing and operations.
• Handle objections and accessibility challenges professionally.
