Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable ROI for SaaS customers.
• Confident with data; able to make sense of diverse customer data sets.
• Proven experience as a full-stack engineer (React / React Native + Python / Django).
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in agentic AI systems.
• Experience with large enterprise IT departments as a vendor of Enterprise SaaS products.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Exposure to field services management or workforce management is highly desirable.
• Exposure to machine learning / AI systems and MLOps.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and scalable architectures.
• Experience in solution architecture or as a technology consultant is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational pain points and translate them into solutions.
• Rapidly prototype and ship proof‑of‑concept features.
• Design and deliver AI‑driven workflows such as automation agents.
• Work hands‑on across the full stack with front-end and back-end technologies.
• Act as a product owner and solution architect to shape requirements.
• Drive measurable customer ROI with technical and operational insights.
• Play a key role in technical sales and solution design.
• Travel to customer sites for multi‑week deployments.
