Job summary

Arondite is seeking Deployed AI Engineers to own AI solutions from problem understanding to production. You’ll deploy AI/ML models in our software, in the cloud and on edge devices, tackling practical challenges from data gathering to ethical considerations.

You will join a high-performance team shaping AI within a mission-focused environment, with autonomy from Day One and opportunities to influence product direction and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science, AI, ML, robotics or related field.
• 4 years of experience researching and applying AI/ML in relevant areas.
• Proficient in Python, Rust, C++, or Java; familiar with PyTorch, TensorFlow or JAX.

Responsibilities

• Identify and understand customer problems and design end-to-end AI solutions.
• Train, evaluate, test and productionise robust deep learning models.
• Integrate models into enterprise software and hardware systems.
• Invent capabilities while considering ethical implications of engineering decisions.
• Document solutions to show compliance with AI safety policies.
• Build secure, robust solutions following coding standards.
• Collaborate with engineers to deploy AI within products and field devices.
