We're looking for a proactive and driven Field Account Manager to become the trusted face of our business. In this role, you'll engage with a variety of SME clients (typically 10-30 employees), helping them maximise the value of our comprehensive portfolio through effective cross-selling and up-selling. Our products and services include hosted telephony, broadband, managed internet, mobiles, managed IT, Microsoft licensing, and cybersecurity solutions. You'll typically spend four days a week out in the field visiting customers, with one day working from the office. The majority of appointments will be pre-booked for you by our growing desk-based Customer Development team, allowing you to focus on driving revenue. What You'll Be Doing:
