The role involves preparing moulds, applying gelcoat and laminating GRP components for construction and utilities sectors. Overtime opportunities and relocation assistance are provided.

You will complete trimming, sanding and finishing work while following safety procedures and quality standards. A competitive hourly rate and weekly pay are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in fibreglass laminating or composite manufacturing.
• Good attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow specifications and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare moulds and apply release agents.
• Apply gelcoat, fibreglass matting and resin.
• Build fibreglass layers to required thickness and trim/finish components.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality.
