Job summary

Formula 1 is seeking a Fibre Systems Technician to join the Circuit Networks team. You will help deploy, operate and maintain fibre optic infrastructure powering live broadcasts, timing, telemetry and communications at events worldwide.

Role demands hands-on technical work, travelling to circuits internationally, and providing support across trackside systems with a focus on reliability and performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on telecoms/broadcasting tech experience.
• Ability to read and follow technical wiring diagrams.
• Systematic fault-finding approach and fault isolation.
• Experience in high-standard execution, delivery and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Test, inspect and commission fibre optic networks at events.
• Collaborate in project teams to build reliable, high-standard systems.
• Support, configure and monitor broadcast IT and communications networks.
