How you’ll change it up

As our Fibre Quality Specialist, you’ll conduct field performance quality and accreditation checks across direct labour and suppliers to ensure compliance and standards alignment. Your daily tasks will include:

• Supporting and encouraging positive safety practices
• Completing audits across various installation types, including PIA
• Driving a right first time (RFT) culture through coaching and support
• Supervising installation engineers to ensure safety, quality, and process adherence

What will you bring to the role?

We seek a strong communicator experienced in auditing completed works and performing quality checks. You will bring some of the following:

• Experience auditing safe systems of work
• Extensive knowledge of fibre, including network build, FTTx installation, fibre blowing, and splicing
• Experience with OTDR / IOLM testing and knowledge of PIA – duct and pole installations
• NRSWA – units 2 and 10
• SA001 and SA002 Smart Awards
