Job summary

acinrecruit is seeking an experienced Financial Institutions Underwriter to join our London-based underwriting team on a hybrid basis. You will assess FI and D&O risks, underwrite new and existing business, and contribute to portfolio growth.

Reporting to the Head of Financial Institutions, you will develop broker relationships, support product development, and provide technical underwriting expertise to strengthen the function.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite new and existing Financial Institutions business and contribute to portfolio profitability.
• Provide technical underwriting expertise across FI and Commercial D&O portfolios.
• Develop and manage broker relationships to support growth and retention.
• Support product development initiatives and contribute to underwriting function improvements.
