• Grind, trim and de-burr castings to specification and visual standards.

Skills

Experience in fettling, grinding or similar metal finishing

Good awareness of safe working practices (LEV/RPE, vibration)

Able to read simple drawings and follow quality requirements

Strong attention to detail and housekeeping standards

Fettler — Semi-Skilled

📍 Worcester area

⏰ Mon-Thu 07:45-16:30 · Fri 07:30-13:30

💼 Full-time, temp to perm contract

💰 £12.37 per hour

Join the finishing team to fettle castings and metal parts prior to paint/machining. Work includes removing gates/risers/flash, grinding and dressing to specification. The role involves noise, vibration and dust — appropriate controls and PPE are provided.
