• Impeccable personal presentation and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised shopping experience, reflecting the standards and heritage of brand.
• Build meaningful relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing considered product recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and communicate the brand's collections, craftsmanship and heritage with confidence.
• Actively contribute to sales performance, identifying opportunities to drive sales and maximise every client interaction.
• Maintain impeccable shop-floor presentation and ensure merchandise is displayed to the highest standards.
• Support daily boutique operations, including stock replenishment, product retrieval and general store organisation.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a seamless customer journey, particularly during busy festive trading periods.
