Job summary

Boots UK is looking for enthusiastic people to join us as Stores Fulfilment Assistants this Christmas. You’ll pick and pack online orders—whether gifts, last‑minute treats, or essentials for celebrations.

In-store, you’ll move between the stockroom and shop floor, help customers, work on tills, replenish shelves and support deliveries. It’s a fast-paced, active role requiring teamwork and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Familiarity with stock management systems.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently, meeting your own targets to achieve overall team goals
• Support your team to keep orders on track
• Help and advise customers on the shop floor
• Work on tills when needed
• Replenish stock and keep shelves full
• Support deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom
• Team player - supports others and cares about team success
• Confident with people - comfortable talking to and helping customers
• Accuracy and speed - stays focused on targets in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude - sees what needs doing and take ownership
