Job summary

Tesco PLC is hiring festive in-store roles. Colleagues start from £13.28 an hour, rising to £14.55 in M25 stores, with a night premium of £2.35 between midnight and 6am. The role offers flexibility, including early starts during peak weeks and a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week, with some roles down to 7.5 hours.

No experience is required, just a warm, helpful attitude. You may stock shelves, serve customers, or pick and pack Click & Collect orders.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including possible 4am starts during peak weeks.
• A customer‑focused, friendly approach with good communication.

Responsibilities

• You'll help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
• You'll provide support in store during the festive period.
• You could be stocking shelves and ensuring products are in the right place.
• Or you could be serving customers and preparing Click & Collect orders.
• Build rapport with customers to leave them with a great shopping experience.
• Take initiative and make decisions that benefit customers.
• Work well in a team and communicate openly with colleagues.
• Be punctual, well presented and act as a brand ambassador.
