Job summary

Tesco is seeking festive-in-store colleagues across the country. Roles involve serving customers, stocking shelves, and picking orders for home delivery or Click & Collect. No previous experience required – just a welcoming attitude and a willingness to help.

Colleagues enjoy flexibility, with a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week and options for fewer hours (minimum 7.5). You’ll be part of a friendly team delivering great service and festive cheer throughout the season.

Qualifications

• No experience is required for festive in-store roles, just the right attitude.
• A passion for delivering great service and greeting customers with a smile.
• Be punctual, well-presented and ready to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and stock shelves during busy festive shifts.
• Prepare and pick orders for home delivery and Click & Collect.
• Assist customers in-store and ensure products are easily located.
• Contribute to a positive shopping experience and maintain store standards.
