Sainsbury's in the United Kingdom is hiring store colleagues to join our teams during peak periods and beyond. You’ll put customers first, help fill shelves, serve customers or pick orders, and use digital tools to enhance service while keeping the store tidy and well-presented.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment as part of a friendly team, with flexible hours and ongoing opportunities to learn about products, promotions and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever our customers need you most, whether that’s filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling our products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do your job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, including keeping shelves tidy, clean and well-presented, and manoeuvring often heavy loads to the correct store location
• Building your knowledge of our products, services and promotions so you can confidently make helpful recommendations to our customers
