Job summary

DCK Group's Pudsey store is seeking a Festive Retail Associate for a 30-hour week during the peak Christmas period. You will greet customers, merchandise to guidelines, and assist with stock deliveries and promotions.

The role requires a friendly, professional attitude, experience in customer-facing settings, and availability to start immediately. You must have access to a vehicle and a current driving licence; the start time is 9:00am.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing settings is required.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Access to a smartphone with up-to-date OS is required.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to visual guidelines.
• Unpack stock deliveries and set up promotions.
• Build strong relationships with store hosts and drive sales.

Role Title - Festive Retail Associate - Pudsey - 30 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.

This is a temporary role until 26/12/2026

Working hours: The required start time for this role is 9:00am

Please note - this is a Festive Retail Associate role covering our stores during our busy peak Christmas period. The Christmas period is our busiest time and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December, please bear this in mind when applying.

Our Retail Assistants provide face to face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

You will be based in Pudsey but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role:

You will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.

You will complete various instore activities which include:

• Merchandising our product to our visual merchandising guidelines
• Putting out deliveries of new stock
• Setting up promotional activities

You will be working with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus.
• Sales and or retail sales experience is preferred
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the most up to date operating systems
