Job summary

Angard Staffing Solutions Ltd in Inverness is hiring Seasonal Collection & Delivery Drivers to support our festive delivery network. You will collect and deliver parcels across residential and business addresses, following planned routes with a handheld PDA. The role runs Tue-Fri, 10:00–18:00, for the Christmas period and pays £16.80 per hour, weekly. If you enjoy active work and great customer service, join us for the holidays.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Experience or confidence in driving a 3.5t van.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a holiday touch.
• Ability to safely lift and carry parcels up to 30kg.
• Strong organisational skills with the capability to work independently.
• Positive, reliable and self-motivated, especially during the festive rush.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily vehicle safety and compliance checks.
• Collect and deliver parcels to residential and business addresses.
• Provide professional, friendly and dependable service to customers.
• Sort and organise parcels efficiently before delivery routes.
• Utilise handheld PDA to follow planned routes during high-demand season.
• Safely lift, move and deliver parcels up to 30kg.
