Job summary

DCK in Worthing is recruiting a Christmas Retail Associate for 25 hours per week during the peak season. You will provide face-to-face service, merchandising and promotional activity, and may travel to stores within your zone.

You must have customer-facing experience, and access to a smartphone. Hourly rate is £12.71; benefits include jewellery discounts, pension, life assurance, and training opportunities. Start date ASAP; role ends 26 December 2026.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus.
• Sales and or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the most up to date operating systems

Responsibilities

• Merchandising products according to visual guidelines.
• Put out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in-store.
• Set up promotional activities.
• Work with host management teams to build relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.
