Job summary

Tesco is recruiting festive in-store colleagues. The pay starts from £13.28 per hour, with a night premium of £2.35 per hour for hours between midnight and 6am. No experience is required; you’ll help deliver Christmas cheer, serve customers, stock shelves, and pick orders for home delivery during the busy period.

The role supports flexibility and a welcoming team. There is a minimum of 12 guaranteed hours per week, with options for fewer hours (down to 7.5) in some cases.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced festive environment.
• Willingness to help customers and colleagues.
