Job summary

Footasylum Southampton store is seeking a Seasonal Sales Assistant for the festive period. The role is part-time (6 weeks) with 8 hours per week, starting Sunday 22nd November 2026 and ending Saturday 2nd January 2027.

You’ll work flexible shifts, help customers with footwear and streetwear, and bring energy to a busy seasonal environment. You’ll style complete fits, provide product recommendations, and support trading events such as Black Friday and Christmas trading while enjoying a 30% staff

• Support festive shopping
• Make gift buying easy with product recommendations and expert advice
• Know your product
• Learn the brands, trends and stories behind the products so you can confidently support every customer
• Bring the atmosphere
• Support key trading events including Black Friday, Christmas Eve and Boxing Day
• Deliver results
• Contribute to store targets, build customer confidence and celebrate team success
• Keep standards high
• Make sure the store looks great, stock is organised and customers always feel welcome
