Job summary

Tesco is inviting you to join our festive in-store team across the United Kingdom. You’ll help shoppers with a warm welcome, stock shelves, serve customers, and prepare orders for Click & Collect during the busy festive period.

No prior experience is required—just the right attitude and a commitment to great service. You’ll earn hourly pay from £13.28 to £14.55 (inside the M25) plus a night premium for hours after midnight, with flexible shifts and 12+ guaranteed hours per week where possible.

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from 13.28 an hour; this increases to 14.55 for stores inside the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of 2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.
