Job summary

Tesco is offering festive in-store roles across the country. Our Colleague pay starts at £13.28 per hour and rises to £14.55 in stores inside the M25. Night shifts pay an additional £2.35 per hour between midnight and 6am.

No experience is required—just the right attitude and a warm, customer‑facing approach. As a Tesco colleague you will help deliver Christmas cheer for households nationwide, whether stocking shelves, serving customers, or assembling Click and Collect orders.

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from 13.28 an hour; this increases to 14.55 for stores inside the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of 2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.
