Job summary

Tesco is hiring festive in-store roles across the UK. You'll help deliver Christmas cheer, stock shelves, serve customers, and pick orders for home delivery or Click and Collect. No experience needed—just a friendly, can-do attitude and a willingness to work flexible shifts.

Roles offer flexible hours with a guaranteed minimum of 12 hours per week, and additional hours may be available. Night shift premiums apply for hours between midnight and 6am, with location-based pay adjustments as noted.

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from 12.64 an hour; this increases to 13.85 for stores inside the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of 2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.
