Tesco is offering festive in-store roles across the nation. You’ll help deliver Christmas cheer, support in-store operations, stock shelves, and serve customers with a warm, welcoming attitude. No experience is required, and there is flexibility around shifts to suit your schedule.

This seasonal role emphasizes outstanding service, teamwork, and reliability, with opportunities to assist in Click and Collect and store operations during busy periods.

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from 13.28 an hour; this increases to 14.55 for stores inside the M25. For all hours worked between midnight and 6am you will receive an additional night premium of 2.35 per hour worked. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.

During our peak Festive weeks this role may require a 4am start.

• Youll help deliver Christmas cheer for households across the nation.
• Youll provide support in store during the busy festive period.
• You could be stocking shelves and making sure products are where they need to be.
• Or, you could be serving customers and putting together orders for our Click and Collect service.
• Whatever the task, youll take pride in making sure that customers get a brilliant experience.

We are happy to support flexibility for our colleagues in stores, and this can mean different things for different people. Its our policy to offer our festivecolleagues joining us a minimum of 12guaranteed hours each week, but if youd like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 7.5) we have opportunities for this too and would still love to hear from you
