Job Description
  • Act as a central liaison between internal teams and each Festival’s core team, ensuring seamless cross departmental collaboration and maintaining best-in-class client service standards. Serve as the in-team expert for your cluster of Festivals and own year-round relationships with Festival teams.
  • Manage a roster of Festivals and lead the effective delivery of Brand Partnerships from planning through execution in close collaboration with the Client Services team. Oversee partnership fulfilment merging operational execution with broader partnership objectives, KPIs and budgets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with Festival stakeholders, becoming their go to contact for partnership delivery needs. Understand each Festival’s strategy and how Brand Partnerships can support and strengthen it.
  • Act as the operational lead on delivery of allocated shows, from advance planning through to on-site execution. Project manage the fulfilment of all operational needs incl. all onsite rights fulfilment, site planning, site services, activation review & collation of H&S docs.
  • Lead biweekly partnership meetings with Festivals, providing clear updates on status of partnerships and gaining insights on Festival planning development to report back, building dynamic agendas dependent on cycle needs.
  • Ensure information flows smoothly between Account Management, Business Development and Festival teams across the full project lifecycle.
  • Manage the onboarding, briefing and overall management of the fulfilment support on your specific shows.
  • Identify opportunities to grow commercial value through recharges, production margins and potential new revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with Festivals and the Special Projects Lead to identify sellable assets and new activation concepts, covering all areas of the event and customer lifecycle. Develop production concepts and budgets for Business Development and Client Services to take to market.
  • Support the Special Projects Lead on ad-hoc projects across all stages of delivery.
  • Represent Partner interests and strategy during internal discussions and festival decision-making.
  • Maintain recharge and production budgets for accurate reporting of infrastructure requirements and commercial status.
  • Collate master schedules, activation overviews and supporting documentation for Festival team review.
  • On-site scope: Oversee the smooth delivery of all partnerships and act as a key point of contact for Festival teams and Partners during live event periods, working with the support of freelance team members.

Location: Superstruct UK office, Holborn, London

Working pattern: 4 days per week in the office, 1 day working from home

On-site work: Evenings and weekends during peak season as required
