Job description

Festival Coordinators will support the planning and delivery of festival events, industry talks and networking events. This is an ideal role for individuals interested in arts administration, event management, community organising, or producing.

  • Required for one week of pre-festival prep (online or in-person) and two days on-site (13 and 14 December)
  • Assisting with event scheduling, planning, and logistics
  • Supporting artists, performers, and participants on-site
  • Welcoming and directing festival attendees
  • Helping coordinate volunteers and activity areas
  • Assisting with setup and pack-down
  • Ensuring a positive and inclusive experience for all visitors
Person specifications

We are looking for people who:

  • Are friendly, reliable, and organised
  • Enjoy working with people and in teams
  • Have good communication skills
  • Can remain calm and positive in a busy environment
  • Are willing to take initiative and problem-solve when required
  • Previous event or festival experience is welcome but not necessary — enthusiasm is just as important!
