If so, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse or midwife to join our dynamic team of reproductive health professionals in delivering 5-star personalised care and support for patients undergoing fertility treatment. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by guiding individuals and couples through their fertility journey with expertise and empathy.

Responsibilities

• Fundamental role in patient care, providing education, emotional support and clinical assistance throughout fertility treatment process.
• Assist in diagnostic procedures, treatment planning, patient assessments, administering medications, coordinating treatment schedules and offering empathetic counselling.
• Carry out nurse consultations, telephone calls, consultations and reviews of scans.
• Ensure efficient communication and relationship building with patients, families and staff across the organisation.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised patient care through appropriate frameworks, including safe effective arrangements for discharge.
• Complete the comprehensive training for sedation to perform the role of Nurse Sedationist once trained; responsible for admitting, recovery and discharge patients for procedures within a fertility setting.
• Co‑ordinate and support other members of the caring team who may be responsible for implementing specific aspects of nursing care.
