The Job

We are seeking a driven and FACTS-qualified Fertiliser Sales Manager to join a market-leading agricultural supplies company. You’ll manage and grow a defined territory, selling fertiliser products, building long-term customer relationships, and delivering expert technical support. This is a commercially focused role with excellent progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and expand a portfolio of farm and contractor customers
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities
  • Advise on fertiliser types, timings, and application rates
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, feeding insights into strategy
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, stock, credit) to maintain excellent service
  • Regular travel across the territory, with occasional overnight stays
