About The Role

We have a unique and extremely exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Advisor to join our new team at Graypaul Ferrari Glasgow.

This is a new business and we are genuinely very excited at the prospect of building our new Aftersales operation.

As a Sytner Service Advisor, you will provide outstanding Customer care and be the vital link between our clients and our workshop.

You will inform and consult on vehicle servicing and keep our Clients up to date at every stage whilst answering any questions or queries they may have.

You will also liaise with technicians regarding updates for our Clients Ferraris to ensure that every Ferrari is ready on time. You will also have the ability to offer best advice on our products and services to our Clients.

This is a challenging role where you will be expected to deliver the very highest levels of Customer care and satisfaction. You will take the time to talk to our Clients and build a genuine rapport with them which will form a positive relationship for future visits to our Dealership.

This role is predominantly Monday to Friday which offers most weekends off, however we do need our Service Team to be flexible and available for events which may be on the weekend.

About You

Ideally, you will have excellent organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail.

A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of Customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.

Working knowledge of Kerridge / Keyloop would be advantageous, but not essential.
