Qualifications
PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemical/Chemical Engineering, or 4+ years of industrial experience.
Experience with microbial secondary metabolites and non-model microbes.
Demonstrated bioprocess optimisation experience in shake flasks and/or bioreactors.
Responsibilities
Design and execute R&D experiments to improve antimicrobial titres.
Conduct routine microbial fermentations from 100 mL to 3 L.
Make data-driven decisions for process optimisation.
