Phoenix Care Staff LTD is recruiting experienced Female Support Workers to provide specialist, person-centred care to individuals with complex needs.

We are seeking compassionate, patient and reliable individuals with experience supporting people with autism, learning disabilities, communication difficulties and mental health conditions. You will help promote independence and ensure individuals feel safe, comfortable and valued.

Competenze

• Experience supporting people with autism and learning disabilities.
• Experience with dysphagia and complex care needs.
• Experience using Makaton or alternative communication methods.

Phoenix Care Staff are recruiting experienced Female Support Workers to provide specialist, person-centred care to individuals with complex needs.

We are looking for compassionate, patient and reliable individuals who have experience supporting people with autism, learning disabilities, communication difficulties and mental health conditions.

You will play an important role in providing consistent support, promoting independence and ensuring individuals feel safe, comfortable and valued.

Skills and Experience Needed

We are particularly interested in applicants with experience in:

• Dysphagia and swallowing difficulties.
• Autism and learning disabilities.
• Makaton and alternative communication methods.
• Supporting non-verbal individuals.
• Mental health conditions.
• Complex care needs.
• Positive Behaviour Support (PBS).
• Emotional regulation and challenging behaviours.
• Personal care and maintaining dignity.
• Following individual care plans and risk assessments.

Previous experience in specialist support or complex care is essential.
