You’ll be supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health to lead meaningful and fulfilling lives within their community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Encourage independence and promote service users’ personal goals.
  • Provide support to ensure the safety & wellbeing of people relying on our services.
  • Communicate well with service users using their chosen methods to support individuality.
  • Monitor & report any changes in health or circumstances of a service user to management.
  • Support service users to engage in the local community from going shopping to attending events.

Requirements
