A domestic care service provider in the UK is seeking a part-time female Support Worker to join a dedicated care team. This role involves providing compassionate support to a young woman with complex health needs, assisting with daily living, and promoting independence within her family-oriented environment. We are looking for a part-time, compassionate, reliable, and proactive female Support Worker to join an established care team supporting a young woman with complex health needs, including Cauda Equina syndrome, T5 paraplegia, dissociative disorder, and functional seizures. She lives on a peaceful smallholding in Whitemoor, St Austell with her husband and two children, alongside several animals. Becoming this young woman’s Support Worker offers a rewarding opportunity to provide person-centred care within a warm, family-oriented, and animal-friendly environment.

Bank holidays and weekend work form part of the rota.
Double time for bank holidays. Rates are paid £1.00 per hour less during the probationary period.

We support clients to recruit their own teams to support daily routines, hospital visits, trips, work or holidays. As a Support Worker you will receive full in-house training in the client’s specific needs through a dedicated team. Our 3-day training program delivers blended learning of face-to-face and online sessions. By recruiting for each client specifically we create teams that provide a consistent continuation of care and a sustainable care provision.

Job purpose: To support the client with day-to-day living, promoting independence and ensuring safety and wellbeing at all times.
Internal and Management: This role reports to the Registered Manager.
This role may require additional duties reasonably assigned by the Line Manager. As a term of employment, you may undertake other duties/hours as reasonably required.
