Bradford offers 24/7 support to adults with Learning Disabilities and or Autism who reside in a supported living environment. We empower clients to live as independently as possible while offering structured, person‑centred support and ensuring a safe living space. As a Support Worker, you will provide 1:1 support to help clients with daily living skills, accessing the community, attending appointments, building relationships, and working toward their personal goals. You'll work as part of a caring, resilient, and dedicated team. We offer a mix of earlies, lates and sleep ins providing support tailored to each client’s needs. Key Responsibilities / Qualifications
- Willing to provide an appropriate level of care and support to clients, in accordance with their care plan.
- Understanding of the importance of maintaining accurate written and numerical records.
- Ability to undertake a wide range of personal care and domestic duties (specific to each client’s needs).
- Understanding or willingness to learn how to use computer packages (such as Word, Outlook and the Internet) and to undertake relevant training and qualification in care if required.
- Ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
- Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with carers, families, inspectors and other external stakeholders.
