Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide night support to individuals requiring around‑the‑clock care from 7:30 pm to 7:45 am.
  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care.
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
  • Assist with medical & welfare needs.
  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required.
  • Safeguard and maintain a safe, clean environment for all.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Genuinely driven with a desire to make a real difference in people's lives.
  • Excellent communicator and good team player.
  • Sensitive & intuitive with the energy required to provide a trusting, stimulating & varied environment.
  • Passionate about empowering & supporting service user independence.
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
  • Due to a genuine occupational requirement we are currently only able to accept applications from female candidates for this service.
Working Hours & Shift

40.25 hours a week on night shifts from 7:30 pm to 7:45 am.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £29,613 per year – permanent, full‑time, NEW. Additionally, hourly rate for shift work: £12.60 per hour. Benefits include pension scheme, professional development, shopping & travel discounts, healthcare and financial benefits, cycle to work scheme, and employee discount savings.
