Job summary

The Avenues Group in Tadley is seeking a Female Support Worker to assist people with complex health needs and diverse learning disabilities in their local community.

This full-time role includes comprehensive training, a fully paid DBS, flexible working patterns, and a pathway for career development within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Interest in or willingness to engage with the hobbies and interests of those we support.
• Full UK manual driving licence is preferred and willing to drive our service vehicle on site.
• Training will be provided at no cost to help you climb the career ladder.

Our Tadley services provide support to individuals with complex health needs and diverse learning disabilities so personal care etc is required The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate either an existing interest in, or a willingness to engage with, the hobbies and interests of those we support . The people we support love to be active in their community so this is definitely a fun & rewarding active support role !

You’ll ideally have a full UK manual driving licence and be happy to drive our service vehicle on site
