Female Support Worker

Location: Cheltenham

Pay rate: £15.00 per hour

Hours: 36 hours (3x shifts per week)

Shift patterns: 7.30 am- 19.30 pm, 19.30 pm- 7.30 am

Paid travel expenses: 25p per mile / public transport (bus/train only)

Must attend Mandatory Assessment Day – Swindon (28th January 2026 9.00am- 17.00pm)

Requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence (essential – you’ll enjoy trips out & driving the client’s vehicle!)
  • Clear Enhanced DBS on DBS update service
  • Proven experience supporting individuals with severe challenging behaviour
  • Must be resilient, highly confident, and adaptable to change
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexible to attend training by 23rd February 2026
  • First shift: 2nd March 2026

We’re looking for highly confident, resilient Female Support Worker to support a lady in her own home in Cheltenham. She lives with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, FND and Gastroparesis. She enjoys visiting local coffee shops, exploring vintage finds, getting creative, and spending time in the garden.
